Real-world intellectual property lawyer Alan Behr of Alston & Bird, LLP. Mr. Behr heads the firm’s Electronic Entertainment Group. The event was attended by writers, actors, filmmakers, builders, event organizers, educators, community builders and other SL residents. Topics discussed included how to handle international copyright issues, whether or not an avatar can be trademarked, how to develop enforceable contracts in Second Life with fellow residents, and more.
